Definition: A vehicle with small tires (i.e. Honda Civic or Toyota Tercel) located off of a paved area for no apparent reason.
Example: "D.C. (Daly City) is a prime location for viewing urban offroading in a natural environment."
Origin: Site of a Toyota Camry parked sideways on a lawn near 17th Ave and Geary in San Francisco.
